Please join us for our next Beer Dinner with myself and special guest, my good friend Chef Wilhelm from local restaurant "My Wine Cellar".
We have prepared a really great menu this go around of 6 delicious courses-Wild Boar, Duck, and Octopus are just a few of the delicacies we have on the menu!
This dinner will be hosted by Alexander Phillips of Grand Canyon Brewery as he takes you through each of the 6 courses that we have prepared. Each course will be paired with a specific local brew to compliment that dish.
