It's all about the bacon this week!

This week I am doing beef sliders topped with some awesome habanero bacon from a company out of Colorado. This bacon is far superior from what you can get in the stores and super delicious. The bacon comes from Heritage pigs out of Iowa, which are raised naturally with no antibiotics, no hormones, and no gestation or farrowing crates. These pigs are also fed a 100% vegetarian diet.

I am also doing some breakfast items that HubNation has really seemed to enjoy! Check out the menu posted Wednesday’s to see what I’ve come up with!
